Why can’t I order vitale card


I got my permanent number a week ago and when I tried to create my account to order my vital card via France connect it show error in my information and to correct it, but there is nothing to correct.

I changed my address months ago and mailed the change to cpam and got the new address in my temporary number. But when I got my new permanent number same old address is stated.

I tried creating account with both new and old address but it still shows error and to correct my information.

What should I do next to create my account and order vitale card?

To access the ameli account, a definitive social security number is needed (starting with 1 for men, and 2 for women). You can also apply through the FranceConnect website, using other services' login details, e.g. the taxe office.
