Incorrect fields in signing in

I cannot create my Ameli account.
I have completed all the fields correctly, but it stills tells me there is a wrong one. I have called the phone number for the persons abroad, I talked to one of your employees and gave him all my data, but the telephonic conversation suddenly ended and I wasn't allowed to call back again.
I've received the papers containing all the data I need, and I was told by my company that from now on I have to solve the problem by myself. In other words, they won't help me anymore to create my Ameli Account in order to get my Vital Card and I have no possibility to reach any of your employees who could help me in clearing things up.
It would be extremely useful to me to tell me which is the field that might have problems and what I can do to get my Vital Card from now on.
