Ameli account blocked

Hello,

I am a foreigner living in France and recently i got to know that my Ameli account is blocked. I went to nearby CPAM and they told that they cannot do anything and informed me to submit the account reopening form and documents and its been more than 2 months since i submitted everything and still nothing. My carte vitale card works without any issues. I tried calling the english helpline number but the call is not getting connected. Can you help me please.
