My ameli account got blocked

Bonjour team,

I recently received a permanent social security number letter from ameli regarding my account. After attempting to log in, I received an error message indicating that I was entering the wrong password. Two days later, I received another letter containing a temporary code.

However, the code provided is not functioning, and I'm now receiving a message stating that my ameli account is blocked. Could you please assist me in creating a my account? Additionally, is it possible for you to unblock my current account so that I can use the code provided in the second letter?

Furthermore, if my account can be unblocked, could you resend the temporary password code for my convenience?
