Assurance Registration Issue

Last year I had applied on https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/

I recieved a certificate of eliibility that was valid for a few months until my visa expired, i recieved mail of docs to send back and a form to fill, I had not done that.

I have a titre de sejour now, I'm still a student, and I need to register again, but theis time do the complete process to get my social security number and carte vitale, but on my account it already says processing completed, and there is no option to delete the previous file.

Any help with this will be appreciated.
