Waiting for document verification – status still shows “Sent” since 07/10/2025

Hello,

I submitted all my documents for my student health insurance registration. Initially, my Proof of civil status was marked as incorrect, so I re-uploaded the correct version on 07/10/2025.

However, the status still shows “Sent”, and I haven’t received any update or email since then. Does anyone know how long it usually takes for this document to be verified? Or what the next step is before getting the provisional certificate (with the NIA)?

The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).
