Translation of birth certificate

I am writing to follow up on my application for registration with the French Social Security system. I received a letter indicating that my dossier is incomplete and that I must resubmit my birth certificate, this time with a proper translation. I would like to clarify a few points before proceeding:

Translation Requirement for EU Citizens:

Although I reside in France as an EU citizen (Portuguese nationality) and my birth certificate was issued in Brazil, could you please confirm whether a sworn translation is still mandatory under these circumstances?

Type of Translation Accepted:

I intend to use a sworn translator. Would you accept a digital translation with an electronic signature, or does the translation need to be a physical, original document with a handwritten or notarised signature?

Apostille on Translation:

My original birth certificate already has an apostille issued in Brazil. Is it necessary for the translation to also carry an apostille, or is the apostille on the original sufficient?

Translator Location:

If acceptable, I am considering using [Données masquées]. Would a certified translation performed by a UK-based sworn translator be valid for submission to CPAM, provided all formal requirements are met?
