Forgot to upload the translation of birth certificate in CPAM Paris depotdoc for talent chercheur visa?

I forgot to upload the translation of my birth certificate along with my other documents for the social security application. I used the CPAM Paris depotdoc website to upload the documents since I hold a talent chercheur visa. How can I upload my document now? I have uploaded only the original certificate which is in English. Can I email the document or can you share a link where I can upload my document?

If you forgot to upload your birth certificate translation, I advise you to send it now along with a cover letter explaining that is a document to complete the application you already sent.

You can use the same way to send it through the DépôtDoc website or by post. You will find the mailing address and a reminder of the documents your Assurance Maladie office (CPAM) needs on this topic : "How to be covered if I am a "Passeport talent" or a "Passeport talent famille" holder ?"
