I have issues with creating my Ameli account because the website said my social security number is invalid. Even though I have been using my catre vitale for GP visits and getting the reimbursement from social security.
Therefore, I tried to call the Ameli English speaking helpline listed (https://www.ameli.fr/bouches-du-rhone/assure/english-pages). I cannot reach them with both landline and mobile ... It kept saying the service has been closed in French ...
Does anyone know what is the correct number? Or Ameli doesn't provide this service anymore?
