Suspension

Hello everyone,

I would like to know how long CPAM usually takes to revoke a suspension on an Ameli account.

In my case, there was a difference in the spelling of my first name on my birth certificate and passport. I had this corrected last year, but despite that, my file was suspended after almost a year. I have already submitted all the requested documents and information, but I still have not received any response from CPAM.

I urgently need access to my Ameli account because I am currently dealing with medical issues. Whenever I call the helpline, they keep telling me to wait another month. It has already been more than a month, and they are not even offering me an appointment to help move my file forward.

At this point, I am unable to get any clear information or assistance. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how to resolve this situation, I would really appreciate your advice.
