Can't Login Into Account

When I try to access my account I can't do that and it shows "An update to your file is required. Please contact your branch.". I don't know if i can just walk to the CPAM office and let them know about this or where should I get appointment for this? I am at the stage of my visa renewal where my CARTE VITALE is most crucial document. I applied for my social security and got temporary social security number like in september-october 2025. Since then haven't got any update now can't even access my account. Please help asap.

In my district, the walk-in reception only gives some basic guidance and is not able to operate on personal dossiers. I think the English help line can only give out information as well.

Calling 3646 (in French) usually puts you in contact with someone who can actually check your situation.

You could also try to get an appointment.
