Still claims unresolved

Eash time I send an application for travel refund it is refused.
YES my doctor has sent CERFA 50743
YES I send CERFA 50742
I have even sent an appointment letter to prove the appointment.

I get a mail back saying REFUSED and saying a further email will be sent explaining why...this NEVER arrives !
The trip is a two hour 320kms around trip. I am ALD covered.
There will be several more trips for cardio surgery....

I have asked for details on what is incorrect, but no reply !

Good morning...
After an extremely long wait on the telephone I managed to make contact with a very pleasant operative, but despite what you have said, she cannot access my file and offer an explanation.
She explained they do not have access to any documentation if the requests for refunds were applied for online !
So I am no wiser....
On a positive note she did state she will contact CPAM in Charente and request they offer the explaination.....

After the English help line contacted CPAM in Angouleme they have stated my doctor had not sent in prior approval document.
I have this morning had an appointment with my doctor who is emphatic that the form had been sent in advance. He also stated
that they have continual problems with CPAM refusing travel claims to Poitiers and suggested this is because they do not want to payout
the distance claims.
There is no other option for a nearer hospital for us.
I have already had three return trips there, and a minimum of another three to come. (all under ALD)
This is extremly unacceptable situations

If you consider that your file has not been handled properly, or if you have any queries, you can submit a complaint to your local caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM), either through your ameli account, or by post.
