Not giving any action for my https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr account. why can't we contact your English Line?

Hello, I am a non-EU citizen and I have been student and now I am an intern in a french university since September 2022, when I also applied for assurance maladi since 2022, but now It's mid of the march in 2023, 6 months pass. But still my etudiant etranger ameli's documents are pending. Before week I already send a document that explaining regarding this situation. But still they are not reply for that. Also I am not good for french language and still studying and I tried to contact their English line 20 times. but anyone was not pick up the line and I tried to use translating and tried to communicate with them. But they were not considering about me and my situation. Without any appointment I can't go there. For getting an appoinment I can't contact them. Anyway I can't speak French. What can I do for this?
