House contract

Hello! I moved to France and still don’t have a housing contract, I have an intermittence du spectacle work contract now signed and need a security number for another job. Is there a way to access a security number (perhaps a temporary one if there is such a thing) without a housing contract? I am an EU citizen and have all the other documents needed.

You can work without a social security number and you need a work contract to apply to health insurance and get a social security number, even provisional.
