Type of Document Clarification

I hope this message finds you well. I recently checked my portal and saw that some of my documents were rejected. I apologize for only noticing this notification now. I am currently in the process of requesting new copies of the required documents on my end. I would like to kindly ask for clarification on the following points:

1.) Aside from the “filiation dating from less than one year,” does my birth certificate also need to be translated into French?

2.) Regarding the "certification of registration for the current academic year", would the attached document be sufficient? It is called the Enrollment Assessment Form (EAF), which is the official enrollment document issued by my home university in the Philippines.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on these requirements.
