How to change my postal address ?

You can do it on a computer or via the app on a smartphone or tablet, under the «Vos informations» section.

You can also do it from the section «Démarches > Déclarer un changement d’adresse» and follow the instructions.

You will be able to check the update of your address in the section « Vos informations » of your ameli account.

Make sure that you notified your top-up insurance of your new address.

If your moving house makes you change your bank agency, ensure that the RIB registered on your file is still compliant.

In some situations, you cannot change your address on line. Please send by regular post to your CPAM, your new details with a copy of your ID/passport.
