Firstly, it is important to note that all the steps you wish to complete online must be done from the French version of your ameli account.

To complete your procedures online, you can also seek help from a "France Services" office. You can find their addresses and contact details below:

(We advise you to be accompanied by a French-speaking person).

If you are not able to go to a "France Services" office, and can speak French or can call us with someone who can translate for you, you can also contact the French speaking line dialling 36 46 to obtain a form to order your carte Vitale.

If you only speak English, we suggest you contact the English speaking line on 09 74 75 36 46 during low-traffic hours, between 12:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
