I am trying to register online for a Vitale Card.
First, I am trying to create my Ameli account. When I go to the registration page (https://assure.ameli.fr/PortailAS/appmanager/PortailAS/as...) , and enter my social security number, My surname, my date of birth and my postcode, I see an error message saying that there is an error.
I have a social security number but I cannot register.
I have tried to speak on the phone, but I get transferred to the English line
That English line says the service is closed.
So I can't register online.
I can't speak on the phone.
I can't email anyone.
