The English helpline does not work, just hangs up after some messages, seems to have been a problem going back over 5 years. The French helpline put me through to the English helpline when they discovered my French wasn't very good (same problem).
There is an email icon on the contact page, but it requires an ameli account, which requires a social security number, which I don't have.
I have a thankyou for using the DepotDoc service email with a tracking number from 22/10/2025. It appears I should have a number by now, even if everything isn't fully complete.
I am at a loss as what to do other than just waiting. Would I be contacted if there is a problem? Is is likely the system would "lose" my application?
An email address or contact form would be really useful and save both sides considerable time.
