I have already received my attestation droit and mutuelle, I am married to a French citizen. I applied in May and it still keeps saying that you can't create your account instantly, your account is in process of creation, you will be able to have your account soon. I can use my Attestation de Droits, I already have my social security number, but it's been months, I tried contacting CPAM many times for updates but still couldn't have any improvement on the progress of Creating my ameli account for applying for cart vitale.
