I sent my documents and haven't received anything for 1 month, what should I do?

Hi

I made a mistake and missed some of my documents, they send me a letter telling me to send them the documents that I missed. I went to the place and ask if they can check if my documents is valid or not. They say they cannot do anything about that and if I still miss something they would send me another letter, and they told me to just put in the letter box. I did and it's been a month since, I havent received anything, I put my document in the letter box so now I dont have any prove that I did it, is there anyway I can check it or should I just send them another one? (assuming it was lost somehow)

my account will be suspended next week and I don't know what to do
