If your daughter arrived alone in France and she is studiying at university, it will be possible for her to apply online for her registration from the student website. You will find further information reading this topic "How to be covered if I am an international student ?". In that case, you must draw up a declaration on your honour authorising your daughter to study in France.

If your daughter is studiying at high school, you will find the procedure reading this topic called "How to be covered if I am not working and I am a non-European citizen ?". Your daughter will send her application to her caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) accompanied by the certificate of honour. There's no need to provide a resident permit for minor children, you will provide a copy of receipt.

If she arrived with you, she has to be attached under your file sending a copy of her birth certificate and passport or ID and receipt with the form S3705 "Application to add minor children to one or both parents insurance accounts" to your CPAM.
