Form S1 Registration

I submitted a form S1 to my local CPAM office along with many associated documents (passport copy, utility bill, etc) and was told that they would make the necessary changes to my account. After 1 month nothing had been done so I again visited CPAM and requested that they adjust my account so that all charges were sent to UK for payment and was told that it would be done quickly. It has now been 6 weeks again nothing has been done.
Specifically, they need to change the "code gestion" on my Carte Vitale account to "70" to show that charges should be sent to UK but for some reason they are not doing this.
What should be my next steps?

Hello PaulT,

The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

So, there's nothing for you to do while you wait for your request to be processed.

However, rest assured that your S1 form will be registered on the date shown on the document and your rights will be backdated.

Then, all you have to do is update your Vitale card.

I have an S1 from 2017, I called CPAM years ago when I got given my certificate and was told to send everything to them. I did and recently I received a bill from 2018 from the URSSAF.
I’m guessing I need to start the registration process again (I have never used my carte vitale as I have private health insurance.
Will they back date everything to 2017?
