Cannot change bank details nor living address

I came to France cca 1y ago, have an account at Ameli, but I have changed the residence address.

I tried to update the address and my bank details in the ameli website, and for both operations I receive message that service isn't available currently. This is happening since about 2 months already now.

Message in French: "Service momentanément indisponible. Veuillez réessayer plus tard ..."

I have to send some data for reimbursement, but I cannot do it before we resolve this.

How to proceed?

If you have a french bank account, and an ameli account, you can update the bank details online, in the section "Mes informations" if you use the app, or section "Mes démarches" if you visit the website.

If you don't manage to do it online, we do not have access to your file on this forum fulfill with securtity policy of your personal information.

Therfore, I invite you to contact your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to reach a counselor.

If you don't have an ameli account or have a foreign bank account, you have to send the following documents by post to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM):

  • a letter mentioning your social security number, your first name and last name;
  • the new bank details/RIB (relevé d'identité bancaire);
  • the old bank details/RIB;
  • a copy of your ID or passport;
  • a proof of residency of the old address if you have also moved.

You CPAM's address can be found on the ameli.fr website, in this section "Adresses et contacts".

I have the ameli account, but for changing my residence address and bank details (french one), I always receive a message that operation is currently not available and to try later. This message is here since a while already.
