Bonjour Raf,

We are sorry about this situation.

You will find further information about the registration with the french health system, reading this topic called "New to France-Healthcare ?".

If you consider that the answer or the situation is not convenient, your can make a claim, I suggest you to contact the mediator of your CPAM, following the steps on the website ameli.fr, into the section ""Comment saisir le médiateur ?".

I wish you a nice day.

Bonjour, thanks.
Today I'm sending another letter with further docs including a birth certificate translated, only one question:
i read in the post that you highlithed regarding the S1 form, but CPAM has not asked me this form in past months, also because s1 form is not needed as European with TEAMS card. There is no sense is i'm asking to move the assistance here in France. I don't understand, it's becoming a little bit an hell.

Thanks

If you were born in an european country, there's no need to provide a birth certificate translated. Your CPAM just need the original document, the long version with your parents names on it.

As well, if you are working in France with a french work contract, there's no need to provide a S1 form , or S1 form's refusal letter from Italy.

If you are working in France but living in Italy, You will be affiliated as cross-border worker. Once your registration made, you can claim a S1 form from France and provide it to Italy.

If you need help regarding this request, you can contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.

Have a nice day.

Hi Mel, thannks for confirmation.
Anyway i live and work in France, for this reason I'm chasing to obtain the SS number, because without it i can't delete the assistance in Italy.
Up to when i have not this number i can't proceed clearly to the deletion in Italy, and take as final, also as residency here.
I think you know that in the moment i cancel my residency in Italy i lose automatically also the medical assistance, so I'm waiting the CPAM on that.
It's only a burocratic situation, because i live in Boulogne and Work in Nanterre. Now are 7 month that i'm waiting, in April i sent the integration of documents requested, what i don't understand is what english line told me: that my dossier is on the way but they have rewuested information to ITALY, i don't understand which ohter info they are checking sincerely. Thanks a lot

As you are working and living in France, for you registration, you just need to provide :

- a copy of your work contract and your first pay slip (if you have a french work contract),

- to prove that you are living in France, one utility bill

  • - a copy of your passport or identity card,
  • - a copy of your birth certificate (the long version with your parents' names),

    - a RIB (relevé d'identité bancaire aka the bank details),

    - the form S1106 "Application for membership in the french health care system",

If you already done that, the processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

As i said before, you can contact the mediator of your CPAM, following the steps on the website ameli.fr, into the section ""Comment saisir le médiateur ?".

    Have a good day.

Hi thanks, i can understand you reply that is standard.
All the steps have been already followed and all the docs are at CPAM from long time.

What is incomprehensible is what replied from the English Line regarding request of information sent to my country? For which reason, and which information need? I work here, i pay taxes already from 7 months here...i gave availability if they need other information, but they are not able to tell me which information they need from Italy, is pretty absurd.

    Thanks a lot
