Unfortunately, because of safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum.

If you need to connect your top up to your CPAM's file, you can send your "attestation de droits" (rights certificate) to your top up insurance for them to establish the automatic connection called "NOEMIE". You can download your certificate log in your ameli account on line. When the connexion will be activated, this information will be available in section "Mes informations > Organisme complémentaire" on ameli account.

If you need information about your top up insurance (mutuelle) and their referencies, you have to contact them directly.

If you need help regarding your health insurance file or how to obtain a certificate of rights, you can contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.
