Follow up on my CPAM application

I submitted my application form by post to this address as I am the holder of a talent passport visa and understand this is the place they must go. The application letter and documents were signed for on the 9th October and I haven't had any response since then. I try to call the helpline and after a while the call simply fails. How do I get confirmation the application is received and being processed or follow this up please?

If you are a Talent Visa holder and you signed a french work contract, I confirm you submitted your application to the right address.

The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM). Usually, it takes 2 to 3 months to be processed.
