I'm an international student from Thailand. For now, I am staying in Tours as an internship student. I have the situation and want you to help. First, I sent the document for the social security number to CPAM Indre-et-Loire, Tours but they told me that my passport is a talent passport (I apply the talent passport because i internship at INRAE, nouzilly ), So they required me to send the documents again to CPAM de Paris. I have sent the documents already and the document was completely sent to the destination on Monday, November 20.
I need to follow up on the process that when I will receive the social security number because I need the number for the CAF application. or who did I need to contact? for now I can't follow up the process via website it show
"We can't proceed with your registration request : You have received a personalized explanation email
We invite you to contact the local social security fund at your place of residence by dialing 3646 (free service + price call)"
