Social Security Number for my WIFE and DAUGHTER

I am resident of Paris, France since April 29, 2019 and was staying alone in Paris. Now my wife and daughter are moving to France with me on passeport talent famille visa on 12th Jan 2020.

I already have Passport talent visa (Resident Card) and French Social Security Number

I have below questions regarding this:

1.) How to obtain SSNs for my wife and daughter and which documents are required from my end?
2.) My Daughter is 4 months old and she has her vaccinations due in February when she will be in France. Can i get reimbursement for my daughter's vaccination on my social security or it has to be on her number only.
3.) If it's on her number only then my next question is will i get reimbursement later once her SSN is ready.

Hello Kamal,

In order to obtain the social security number for your wife, I will invite you to follow the advice in this topic: "New to France".

For your daughter, you just have to send to your health insurance office a copy of her birth certificate with the form S3705 "Application to add minor children to one or both parents insurance accounts".

As soon as your daughter appears on your file, you will be able to ask for your reimbursement.

Hi Sabine,

My wife visited CPAM today to submit her social security application but the volunteer there said she can only submit her application after 3 months.
So i want to understand she is here with me on dependent visa and she fell sick ? What happens to her healthcare bills as i am paying social security contributions and also to my complimentary health insurance fund for me and my family.

Thanks for your reply !

As mentioned in my previous reply Volunteer at CPAM is not ready to accept the application. So what are my rights in such case as you said my wife is exempted from 3 months rule, is there a way i can tell them that they should accept my wife's application as it is her right based on Passport talent Famile rule.
