How to check the status of my application?

Hello,

I have submitted all the required documents for a first-time registration since the beginning of October 2025 (5 months ago), but I still haven't received my temporary Social Security Number. That means I don't have an ameli account, which makes it hard for me to check on the status of my application.

In the meantime, my address has changed.

I am constantly calling the English-speaking line, which informs me that it is out of use with an automated message.

I don't have any other means of contact because I don't speak English.

How could I resolve this issue?
