My student health insurance account was marked as abandoned

Hello,
My student health insurance application on the “https://etudiants-com.ameli.fr/dashboard/status” website was marked as Abandoned after two reminders. Two of my documents were yet to be submitted (proof of civil status and A bank account statement (RIB)), but all of my other proof are valid.
Could you please tell me if I can reopen my file?

First of all, you can read this topic which explains why a birth certificate issued less than one year ago is requested.

As mentioned in my previous answer, we do not have access to your personal information or detail on this forum.

I advise you contact the CPAM's English or French advice lines if you need any help regarding your request.

No, you cannot reopen a file on " https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/" website, which has been abandoned because you did not provide the requested documents.

As for safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum, I advise you contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines.

You will then be able to  discuss your situation in detail and find out what steps you need to take and/or what documents you need to provide, depending on your current circumstances.

Hi

I created another account with another mail address but that account is abandoned due to : "You have already been assigned a registration number."
I submitted every documents and everything got validated except Civil status.
They send me a notification and it says: "Hello, To allow us to assign you a permanent social security number and issue your health insurance card form, please update your file by adding the following to your personal space on the International Students website (etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr): - a copy of your birth certificate issued within the last year. Sincerely, Your Health Insurance Contact"

I hope I get answers as soon as possible
