I subsequently received a letter from Ameli regarding "Obtaining your health insurance card" outlining the steps to take to get my card either by sending a post or doing it in online ameli portal. However, I am unable to access my Ameli account online. The following message appears: "Your current situation does not allow you to create your Ameli account immediately."
I also received a letter regarding my health insurance card, outlining the steps to take to obtain it (a photocopy of my ID and a passport photo to be sent by mail). However, the 15-day deadline for sending these documents has passed. Therefore, I cannot obtain my health insurance card at this time. So let me know if I can use this letter for posting or need to wait for the new one.
