Request For Medicale Refunds

Hello. I have Security Social Number already and i just got my Renewed Aide Medicale Card this October 2 with my son already on it as a beneficiaries. But the problem is Since i gave birth on May, up until the last check up of my baby this end of september, Everytime we go to Pediatrician for his check up we pay it in our account(cash) since i don’t have yet the Aide Medicale Card. Here is my Question:
“How can i request for a Refund and what is the documents needed?”
Note: i have proof of everything (papers/receipt coming the from pediatrician and pharmacy for the vaccine cost)

Hello Jamaica,

The date taken into account for the start of your aide médicale de l'État (AME) entitlement is the date on which you submit your application for renewal.

Therefore, any cares received between the date of your application and the date on which you receive your AME admission card will be covered.

I advise you to contact your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to review your personal situation.

If you have paid the costs for your son’s cares, you will need to request treatment forms (feuilles de soins) and send them, adjoining the prescriptions done by the pediatrician, to your CPAM to obtain your reimbursement.
