newborn outside france but european national

hello sir/madam i hope everyone is good
i work in france n work visa i have permanent job here and my child was born in outside france and my child is european national and now my child is with me in france , how i can get my child soical security no?

Hello gdastgeer,

You must be already covered yourself to French health insurance. 

If so, then you need to send form S3705 "Demande de rattachement des enfants mineurs" and send it to your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) including a copy of your child passport and birth certificate.

I advise to read this topic about birth certificate translation if your child was born abroad.

i have my french soicail security no and i took the same form which you recommended me and i got the birth certificate of my child from portuguse consulate bordeaux which is in totally french languge and i sent the copy of the birth certificate and the copy of citizen card of my child along with the form , i hope i did the right things please confirm me if i did right , thanks for your information

You also need to provide a copy of the original birth certificate from Portugal.
