Not able to order Vitale card

I ordered a Vitale card online in March, and after that I received an email saying that my address was incomplete. After that, I updated my address 2-3 weeks ago. Now I am able to see that my address has been changed in my information, and now I have not been able to order a Vitale card for the last 2 weeks. How can I get the Vital Card?

Hello Maulik,

We do not have access to your file on this forum to fulfill with securtity policy of your personal information. I am not able to verify why you cannot order your carte Vitale online. I invite you to try on the app compte ameli on your phone.

If it still does not work, you have to contact your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM) to reach a counselor and check your file
