How to complain about abusive woman on the English helpline without using ameli

After registering with ursaaf, I have never received anything from cpam. I have a chronicife threatening illness that requires daily treatment. Instead of just receiving the rights to access care form with a temp soc number, I had made several calls to the usless English helpline. They had me send i documents and said they would expeedite it. It's like I was sending my documents to the fire place. Nobody from alpes maritimes ever even responded. Finally helpline setup an appointment and required all of the documents you need for a permanent social and carte vitale. The same documents I sent I brought with me and they were accepted. Two weeks later I received a letter saying they need a birth certificate. I gave the man at my appointment my official American birth certificate with raised seal. How could they not have it? It was sent multiple times and received in person. When I called to the English helpline, it was the first time I spoke to a nasty woman. Even for identity verification she asked me for my bank account. Who walks around with theirbank info? Usually I have been asked for address or birthday. She was being difficult and abusive. I told her I wanted to know how to file a complaint about the local cpam here in Nice but dont have ameli yet. She said I could tell her but its useless and there is no other way to file a complaint. Thats a lie. This was at 4:30 on March 21st. She needs to be disciplineed or even fired. How do I complain about her? I see there is an ombudsman?

Hello M,

We apologise for trouble you have experienced in dealing with our services and in processing your application.

I would like to confirm, however, that the advisors working on the English line have a duty to ensure the security of calls, by asking for the serial number of the Vitale card or the RIB registered on the file. The information provided by beneficiaries is not passed on in the same way as to advisers at your local CPAM.

If you consider the situation is not convenient, your can make a claim.

You will know more about how to make a claim in the part "Droits et démarches", "Comment faire une réclamation ?" on the website ameli.fr.

I wish your a nice day.
