How can I send my photo to Ameli to have the visale card?

Hello, I am a EU citizen that recently managed to finish the paperwork in the amelie.etranger website.
I have now received a letter where I am asked to send back a photo of myself. However, if I log in with my social security number (I have a social security number so I can possibly create an account on ameli.fr), I get the following message on the normal ameli website:

"Your current situation does not allow you to immediately create your ameli account.
Please kindly:
Contact your health insurance fund"

I really do not want to spend time on the phone waiting for an answer from the health insurance .

Additionally, if I try to recover my password, it says that my email is not associated to an account, so I cannot possibly think I already have an account.

It is also interesting to notice that I have a digital identiy via Yris, but that it does not allow me to log in because
"my personal code and social security number are not the same" or something like that.
