The website said I already have one but it didn's issue any card for me before. Now I can't get a vital card.
In March, I ordered my vital card. After one month, I found "no vital card is issued for me" when I clicked "followed my steps". However, when I try to order a new one now, it says "You already have a valid Vitale card". Now I don't get my vital card and system also don't let me to order it again.

Should I report the loss of the vital card if it's missing on the way mailing to me?
Actaully I think my order has never been processed. But system mistakenly thinks they gave me a vital card.

Hello Jinlian,

First of all, when using the ameli account, you have to keep the french version and not use a translator.

If the system indicates you have a carte Vitale but never received it, you have to declare the card as lost so as to order a new one. You can do this in the section "Mes démarches" > "Déclarer la perte ou le vol de carte Vitale".

Make sure your address is complete (appartment number if there is one, if you live at someone else's place: the person's name, etc.) before you start the process.

In the meantime, you have the possibility to download an "attestation de droits" on your account's main page.
