The helplines in french or in English are quite busy for the moment. I invite you to contact your CPAM office (caisse primaire d'assurance maladie) during low-traffic hours (8.30 to 10 a.m. and 12 noon to 2 p.m.) in order to check on your file.

The processing times vary depending on the type of files and the number of files being processed by your caisse primaire d'assurance maladie (CPAM).

I you are not satisfied with the handling of your file, you can lodge a complaint with your health insurance fund. You will find more informations on our website : Réclamation, médiation, voies de recours.
