Documents rejected in ameli registration

I tried to register to my ameli account, i have mentioned the errors below. i have updated my correct documents. please let me know what i am making mistake

Unfortunately, because of safety and confidentiality issues, we can’t reach any of your information or file from this forum.

For your information, depending of the country where you were born, an apostille must be displayed on your birth certificate for this one to be accepted.

I advise you to contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines to know more about the reason why your documents were rejected.
