English speaking help

I have sent all the required documents. I received a temporary certificate to present in case of need for medical assistance, but I am still waiting for my vital card. I can't log in to my Ameli account or create one. I received a letter to activate my vital card, but I need the number, which I don't have. This procedure is endless and I'm starting to get very stressed, because I don't have access to anything about my account to improve or my card. I was told to contact the CPAM themselves - but my French speaking and understanding is not good enough to get me through - I tried calling the English helpline number and It just hangs up on me - I am calling within the working hours and days. is there an email I can speak to someone to help me - it seems very complicated when it doesn't need to be.
