Can't access Ameli account

Hi, I can't access my Ameli account. I do have the account but I forgot the password. I've tried to click on "forgot password" and they're not allowed me to do that. The only way to get is call the support on "36 46" but unfortunately I can't speak French and I dont have anyone to do that for me. Any other way to contact the support with English? I also tried the English line but no help either. thank you

If you don't speak French, I recommend that you keep trying to contact the English-language line. Even though the line is busy, advisors are there to help you.
