State Health Care Stopped

I have worked in France for 5 years since living here full time from the UK since Dec 2020, pre brexit, paid my social contributions in full, retired early last Nov and was added as a dependant to my pensioner wife's S1, I submitted my S1 issued by UK NHS, and all documentation from my srlf employment closure to CPAM recordered delivery, I go doctors and get told my card is no good, my Ameli account is closed and states 'i am not covered by state health care' .... no one answers the English speaking line, it cuts me off and I tried 12 times today. I have written again to CPAM as this is worrying, and wrong.
What else can I do when no one helps or answers phones

First of all, as I do not have access to your file from this forum for confidentiality reasons, I am unable to clearly identify the reason why your rights have been closed under your social security number.

I therefore advise you to contact one of our advisers by telephone to discuss your situation in detail and find out what steps you need to take and/or what documents you need to provide, depending on your current circumstances.
