Proof of Identity: Registration

Hi, I am trying to register, but my proof of identity/birth certificate was rejected because it does not show any dates indicating it is new (I got mine less than 6 months ago) in my country; the date of acquisition is not indicated on the document. Do you know how I can fix this?

Hi Marion, thank you for your response. I appreciate it. I have tried calling the English hotline but unfortunately I have been instructed to visit this website. By any chance, do you know where can I sent them an email? because unfortunately, I only know a little French since I just arrived in France. Have a lovely day too!

There is no email adress for the English hotline, neither for your local CPAM. If you still do not understand the answer provided, I suggest you to write a letter to you CPAM and ask for more explanations or if you can visit an office accompanied by a french-speaking person, you can call back the english hotline to make an appointment in your area.
