Question about "abandon my application" when i dont have Residence permit yet to submit

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have applied for the Ameli and got a NIA number. But after two reminders, I could not complete my application because I still not yet received my Residence Permit yet and they said "Abandon your application."

I want to ask how to reopen my application so I can submit my Residence Permit as soon as I receive it?
