If you already have a social security number starting with the number 2, it corresponds to your permanent social security number. This number might not be certified by the system yet and it can explain why you still do not have a carte Vitale.

If you already received the green form for your carte Vitale, it means your number has been certified and you can have an ameli account.

If not, I invite you to contact the CPAM’s English or French Advice Lines, an operator will check your file and let your know what to do.
