How can I get to contact with Ameli to ask about my registration process?

I have submitted my registration for a Social Security number since 29/09/2025. I received an email telling me to change my documents since they were not qualified. I made a change. After that, I received no email or news about my registration. On 15/11/2025, I went to the Ameli office in town, and they told me to wait or to call the number on the website. I called, but no one picked up. I am now very confused about my registration, in order to have my Social Security number for my Internship. How long should I wait? Is my registration being forgotten? What should I do?
