How to register at Ameli for interns in france?

I am a european citizen who did his bachelor in a Non European University. Currently I am doing my internship for france. I applied to ameli with all the necessary documents. As the certification of enrollment to the current university year, I uploaded an attestation by the institute where I am doing my internship. But they rejected this document. What should I do in this situation???
