inactif-europeen application refusé

Hello,

I currently have private healthcare coverage, but I was recently refused public healthcare as I am registered as a job seeker with France Travail. However, I will soon be marrying a French citizen, and I would like to know whether this will affect my eligibility for a social security number and a Carte Vitale.

I am planning to update my status to register as the spouse of a French national. Could this change the outcome of my previous application if I reapply?
