Unverified Social Security number created by CAF and inability to create an account on ameli.fr

Hello,
I have received my social security number, which starts with 2 and has 13 digits, which was given to me by CAF after I registered myself as an Autoentrepreneur, and now I want to apply for a Carte Vitale on ameli.fr, and it's been more than 5 months since it shows me this message: Votre rattachement à votre caisse d'Assurance Maladie est en cours, vous pourrez bientôt bénéficier de votre compte sur Ameli.fr.

After following up by calling the international help center, I was told that my social security number was created by CAF, and it needs to be verified by them so I could receive my Carte Vitale. After that, I tried to find the right place on CAF's website to follow up on my case, but I was not successful.

Would you please suggest to me what I can do to accelerate the procedure?

Hello Foori,

As an autoentrepreneur, the "union de recouvrement des cotisations de sécurité sociale et d'allocations familiales (Urssaf)" has probably sent the information about your business to your local assurance maladie office (CPAM) which will send you a welcome letter when your application will be complete.

Obviously, you did not receive any communication, so I invite you to call again our english speaking helpline to check what is the status of your file.
